Kamuchataal is the daughter of the owlo Inkalla, making her the niece of Inkalla's younger brother Sasante, and the cousin of Sasante's son Nuwangi. She is a long-time acquaintance of Benawi and Kurou because they served her father, and has a one-sided crush on Kurou. She appears in the OVA series of the anime and in every release of Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen since the PS2 version.

After the nation Kenashikourupe was disbanded, her father killed, and the new nation of Tuskur established she sought revenge against them. Kurou stopped her but decided to spare her life. She now runs a bar in a fairly seedy district of the capital city.
