Niwe (ニヱ) is the emperor of Shikeripechim and one of Hakuoro's many adversaries. Born from a family of hunters, Niwe ruled Shikeripechim with such resolve and promptly declared war on Tuskuru after learning of Hakuoro's true identity. He was later killed by Hakuoro.
