Tuskur is the country founded from the ashes of Kenashikourupe after Hakuowlo's revolt. It is named in honor of Tuskur, the old apothecary who took Hakuowlo in after his awakening. Under the rule of its first owlo, the nation underwent a period of rapid expansion in response to a volatile international environment and came to encompass other countries including Kunnekamun, Kucca Kecca, and Shikeripechim.
